This Privacy Policy explains Baraqa Technologies Inc.’s (“NylaBank,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) privacy practices regarding personal information that we collect through our website and other interactions with us as described below.

  • Conferences, Trade Shows, and Other Events. We may collect personal information from individuals when we attend or host conferences, trade shows, and other events. 
  • Business Development and Strategic Partnerships. We may collect personal information from individuals and third parties to assess and pursue potential business opportunities.

Opt out of marketing communications. You may opt out of marketing-related emails by following the opt-out or unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of the email. You may continue to receive service-related and other non-marketing emails.

  • Access to a copy of the personal information that we have hold about you. Where applicable, we will provide the information in a portable, machine-readable, readily usable format.

Limit Online Tracking. There are a number of ways to limit online tracking, which we have summarized below. Please note that these opt-out tools are not associated with us and we cannot guarantee that these tools work as their providers advertise them:

You can block our website from setting cookies by using a browser with privacy features, like Brave, or installing browser plugins like Privacy Badger, Ghostery, or uBlock Origin, and configuring them to block third party cookies/trackers.   1. CHILDREN’S INFORMATION. The website is not directed to children under 13 (or other age as required by local law), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and wish to review information collected from your child, or have that information modified or deleted, you may contact us as described in “Contact Us” below. If we become aware that a child has provided us with personal information in violation of applicable law, we will delete any personal information we have collected, unless we have a legal obligation to keep it.

  1. THIRD PARTY SERVICES. The website may contain links to other websites/applications and other websites/applications may reference or link to our website. These third-party services are not controlled by us. We encourage our users to read the privacy policies of each website and application with which they interact. We do not endorse, screen, or approve, and are not responsible for, the privacy practices or content of such other websites or applications. 

  1. CHANGES. We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time. If we make material changes to this Privacy Policy, we will notify you by updating the date of this Privacy Policy and posting it on the website.
